  • YOU MAY PRINT THEM OFF THE WEB SITE OR THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT THE RINK BY JULY 1ST. 
  • PLEASE REMEMBER THAT LIKE LAST SEASON, YOU MUST ALSO REGISTER YOUR SKATER(S) WITH USA HOCKEY 
  • (www.usahockey.com).
  • ATTACH THE CONFIRMATION PAGE YOU RECEIVE IN THIS PROCESS TO YOUR  PCYOI REGISTRATION MATERIAL. 
  • PLEASE GET YOUR MATERIALS IN PRIOR TO AUGUST 15TH FOR EARLY BIRD PRICING.  
  • THIS ALSO HELPS US PREDICT THE NUMBERS OF TEAMS WE MAY HAVE SO WE CAN BEGIN THE SCHEDULING PROCESS.
